Position Overview

This role offers uncapped commission in addition to a base salary. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000-90,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) within the first year. The base salary starts at $20 per hour, influenced by factors such as experience, education, and location.


Sign-On Bonus:

Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to accurately record data regarding prospective customers and the target market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively generate leads through door-to-door campaigns in designated areas, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed.
  • Independently travel to assigned territories while maintaining professionalism and representing Renewal by Andersen.
  • Utilize mapping programs and business applications to keep precise records of canvassing activities.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional appearance, adhering to all required permits and regulations.
  • Participate in company meetings and communicate suggestions for improving the canvassing program.
  • Master the methodologies, products, and current promotions of Renewal by Andersen.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver's License with a clean record. Minimum age of 21 to qualify for company driving insurance. Reliable transportation for navigating the territory. Strong verbal communication skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to use multiple platforms on tablets. Physically capable of standing and walking 3 to 5 miles daily.
