About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at WOODCHUCK USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and distribution goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners
  • Drive merchandising and POS execution standards for our portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize opportunities for expanded sales execution
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement local sponsorship and special event execution
  • Manage local sampling, promotional, and T+E budget with accountability
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring all activities are conducted within local, state, and federal laws
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the beverage industry with understanding of the 3-tier system (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight constraints and meet deadlines
  • Strong local connections to the market
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel as required (average 25-30%)
