We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at WOODCHUCK USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and distribution goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners
- Drive merchandising and POS execution standards for our portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize opportunities for expanded sales execution
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement local sponsorship and special event execution
- Manage local sampling, promotional, and T+E budget with accountability
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring all activities are conducted within local, state, and federal laws
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the beverage industry with understanding of the 3-tier system (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight constraints and meet deadlines
- Strong local connections to the market
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel as required (average 25-30%)
