About the Role

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement home siding and exterior design solutions. As a Senior Field Marketing Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving demand and leveraging wins in the marketplace for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market development and sales growth strategies to convert competitive siding opportunities to Hardie fiber cement products.
  • Deploy channel marketing strategies and tools to support company growth goals in the North Division.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our target customers, contractors, and consumers, and develop compelling customer and market programs to drive market share growth.
  • Partner with the central marketing team to execute strategic email communications to the trade.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive increased contractor acquisition and alignment through the execution of local events.
  • Develop case studies and capture wins to fuel additional growth in the market.
  • Communicate and partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B marketing.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations and manage multiple project plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Able to manage and motivate people through influence and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 30-40%.
