Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll processing for both salaried and hourly staff.
  • Generate customized reports for management review.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
  • Timely processing of new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments within the payroll system.
  • Manage registrations with state and local authorities as required.
  • Support the HR/Benefits Operations team with various tasks as necessary.
  • Facilitate out-of-cycle payments for mandated state payments and terminations.
  • Provide backup assistance to fellow Payroll Administrators when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal payroll regulations.
  • Able to problem-solve and work independently as well as collaboratively.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
