Key Responsibilities:
The AVP plays a crucial role within the equity and partnership team, overseeing data management, reporting, process documentation, communication, and issue resolution. This position involves close collaboration with the Partnerships team to enhance existing processes and assist in the documentation of new procedures during system migrations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional computer skills, meticulous attention to detail, a positive professional demeanor, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions while demonstrating critical thinking to navigate a complex partnership framework.
- Conduct technical testing on the firm's Oracle database and client/partner portal to enhance operational efficiency prior to implementation.
- Document procedures for utilization by team members and business partners.
- Manage various ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
Hybrid Work Arrangement: The firm operates under a hybrid model for shared services employees, which includes this role. This arrangement is expected to continue with periodic evaluations. The hybrid model entails three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $65,000. The actual salary will be determined based on various factors including relevant skills, experience, education, and applicable licenses or certifications. In addition to the base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered, and the position may be eligible for additional compensation types such as discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives.
