Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee semi-monthly payroll cycles for employees across the U.S., ensuring precise calculations and timely disbursements.
  • Manage off-cycle payrolls as required.
  • Perform audits on payroll documentation to confirm data integrity within the system.
  • Assist in payroll reconciliations, including W-2s and 941s.
  • Monitor employee transitions within the Roivant organization.
  • Supervise withholding computations for diverse work locations.
  • Facilitate payments for Board of Directors.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX regulations and essential controls.
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local payroll legislation and standards.
  • Engage in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, particularly with ADP Workforce Now.
  • A BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in processing payroll across multiple states.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and payroll regulations.
  • Preferred experience in benefits administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The compensation for this position will be discussed during the interview process and may range from $80,000 to $100,000 annually. The final offer will be influenced by various factors. In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may encompass bonuses, equity, and benefits. Please be aware that the base salary and other compensations are subject to modification based on performance, business requirements, and market trends.
