Job Summary: Customer Success Manager - Account Retention

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Upfluence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying at-risk customers, resolving issues related to contract terminations and renewals, and proactively working to retain customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement proactive strategies to retain customers who express a desire to exit their contracts early or have missed renewal deadlines.
  • Identify at-risk customers and engage them to increase product adoption and retention.
  • Develop initiatives to prevent contract cancellations and foster customer loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role with a focus on customer retention and issue resolution.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and customer negotiations.

Compensation Package
  • A competitive base salary of $85,000 per year.
  • A hybrid work environment with 2-3 days in the office and the rest remote.
