We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team at Pear VC. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and large-scale software implementation projects. They will be responsible for running customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, working alongside sales teams and founders to close prospective customers, and overseeing customer account management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Requirements gathering and implementation calls
  • User Acceptance Testing meetings and bug reporting
  • Closing prospective customers with the sales team
  • Overseeing customer account management and communication
  • Analyzing customer data to ideate and recommend new features

Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, report and escalate issues as needed, and identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.

The salary for this position is $120,000 per year, plus benefits.
