Customer Success Operations Manager

About This Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Inspiren as a Customer Success Operations Manager and drive growth, retention, and success for our largest customers. As a member of our team, you will develop and implement account strategies to foster deep customer adoption and measurable ROI, engaging frequently with executive leaders.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise sales, preferably in healthcare technology/SaaS. They will demonstrate a proven track record of managing large, multi-million dollar accounts and experience collaborating with executive leaders on strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention
- Maintain trusted relationships with key executives and decision-makers
- Regularly evaluate and adjust account strategies to meet goals
- Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic roadmap planning
- Analyze customer data to enhance Inspiren product utilization
- Conduct in-person client meetings and site visits to strengthen partnerships
Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated annual salary of $300k (OTE + benefits) and equity opportunities. You will also enjoy flexible PTO and remote work flexibility from anywhere in the US.
