We seek a proactive individual to ensure a seamless flow of relevant and accurate information among Product Owners, Business Engagement Partners, the Project Management Office (PMO), and functional managers. This role involves collaboration across multiple business units to foster strong relationships that facilitate informed decision-making and align business priorities with IT initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Portfolio Management

  1. Oversee the Portfolio Dashboard.
  2. Contribute to the development of the Business Capability Roadmap and assist in creating a Technology Initiatives Portfolio.
  3. Leverage Monthly Review Board Meetings to guide decisions on new initiatives based on existing project data and resource commitments.
  4. Ensure timely data entry and updates by process owners, reporting any deficiencies to PMO leadership.
  5. Facilitate the creation, review, and maintenance of intake documents such as Project Charters and Decision Guides.
  6. Assist in forecasting future resource capacity based on projections.

Maintain the IT Global Program Roadmap

  1. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with IT service owners and business clients to ensure alignment between Business and IT strategies.
  2. Define value in terms of business cases and value types.
  3. Document investments, including costs, scope, and resources.
  4. Identify risks and dependencies across projects and programs.
  5. Communicate commitments to partners, vendors, and customers.

Business Acumen

  1. Understand the core business activities and processes for each department, identifying necessary IT services.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  1. Ability to communicate effectively across all management levels, tailoring messages to the audience.
  2. Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders in both Business and IT, influencing and advising constructively.
  3. Self-motivated and capable of leading, adapting, prioritizing, and executing under pressure.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of IT organization, including core concepts and service lifecycles.
  5. Knowledge of core business processes, effectively communicating complex requirements to technology teams.
  6. Experience in Operations, Sales, or Finance processes.
