We seek a proactive individual to facilitate the seamless exchange of accurate and timely information among Product Owners, Business Engagement Partners, the Project Management Office (PMO), and functional managers. This role involves collaborating across various business units to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT initiatives, optimizing the value derived from IT resources, and managing expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Information Technology Portfolio Management

  1. Oversee the Portfolio Dashboard.
  2. Contribute to the development of the Business Capability Roadmap and assist in constructing a Technology Initiatives Portfolio.
  3. Utilize Monthly Review Board Meetings to guide decisions on new projects based on data from existing approved initiatives.
  4. Ensure timely data entry and updates by process owners, reporting any deficiencies to PMO leadership.
  5. Facilitate the creation, review, and maintenance of essential intake documents such as Project Charters.
  6. Assist in forecasting future resource capacity based on projections.

Maintain the IT Global Program Roadmap

  1. Establish strong collaborative relationships with IT service owners and business clients to ensure alignment between business and IT strategies.
  2. Define value in terms of business cases and associated value types.
  3. Document investments, including costs, scope, and resource allocations.
  4. Identify risks and dependencies across projects and programs.
  5. Communicate commitments to partners and stakeholders.

Business Acumen

  1. Comprehend the primary business activities and processes for each department, identifying the IT services necessary for operational success.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  1. Effective communication across all management levels, tailoring messages to suit the audience.
  2. Ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders in both Business and IT, influencing decisions and acting as a trusted advisor.
  3. Self-motivated and capable of leading initiatives, adapting to changing circumstances while prioritizing effectively.
  4. Proficient understanding of IT organizational structures and the ability to convey core concepts to business teams.
  5. Solid grasp of core business processes, enabling effective communication of complex requirements to technology teams.
