Job Overview

Position Summary: The Senior Brand Marketing Strategist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the presence of Nice brands and offerings across North America. This individual will leverage their expertise to gather customer and market insights, thereby crafting effective outbound marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be both proactive and strategic, focusing on developing positioning, messaging, and communicating the value propositions for our partners and end users.

Location: This role offers flexibility for remote work for highly qualified individuals.

Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Nice's business objectives and growth aspirations for lead generation.
  • Manage the development, execution, and refinement of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
  • Enhance brand visibility and establish the organization as a market leader.
  • Ensure uniform messaging and positioning across all marketing communications and materials.
  • Design and oversee nurture streams to guide prospects through their decision-making journey, keeping them engaged and informed.
  • Create automated drip campaigns tailored to specific audience segments, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Collaborate with product line management, sales, and channel marketing teams to understand marketing needs and content requirements.
  • Develop launch strategies encompassing public relations, social media, content marketing, and promotional events.
  • In partnership with the events and creative teams, design and promote exceptional trade show presentations.
  • Manage the content calendar for communications and campaigns, ensuring timely scheduling and distribution for email and social media.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product introductions, ensuring seamless collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance return on investment.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Work with web development and eCommerce teams to improve online visibility and manage search engine marketing campaigns for optimal reach and conversion.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Manage marketing databases and automation systems, implementing effective segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer experiences.
  • Utilize marketing analytics to enhance communications and tactics for launching Nice products and brands.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, digital marketing initiatives, and website analytics.
  • Optimize social media and email marketing efforts, including managing social amplification platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop digital materials that resonate with customers throughout their journey.
  • Provide marketing support for trade shows, regional events, and other in-person activities as necessary.
  • Supervise junior marketing team members and foster their professional development.
  • Engage cross-functionally with stakeholders across channel and partner marketing, product management, sales, and other departments.
  • Lead the creation of customer success stories and testimonials in collaboration with the enablement team.
  • Undertake project-based assignments as required and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or a master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and creating digital content across various formats.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing automation systems and Google Analytics.
  • Current knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience in the home security automation and control sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
