Marketing Coordinator who is well-versed in the intricacies of digital marketing

(Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), possesses a strong business acumen, has

excellent organizational skills and excels in a fast-paced work environment. In this

role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Strategy team,

collaborating with each Strategist to formulate comprehensive marketing

strategies for clients. This role is less client-facing but revolves around strong

internal team communication. The projects you support will come from various

industries who offer different products, and have diverse budgets. At C Squared

Social, our client portfolio ranges from Fortune 500 giants to up-and-coming

brands. You will work closely with the team to meet department goals and

successfully launch new accounts under 30 days while providing an impeccable

customer experience.


We're seeking a team-oriented candidate who is experienced in paid advertising,

highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of working swiftly and efficiently,

comfortable with technical processes, and an excellent communicator.


Responsibilities:

? Assist in set up of new accounts - including folder creation and scheduling client calls

? Create Google Keyword Plans

? Assist with industry and campaign research

? Assist with campaign targeting and persona development

? Assist with new processes to help create team efficiencies and eliminate errors

? Stay up to date on social media platform changes

? Prepare decks for client presentations

? Submit creative tasks when needed

? Script and concept creation for user generated content

Requirements:

Qualifications:

? 1-2 years of experience (agency experience preferred)

? Strong communicator

? Problem solving

? Great with time management

? Collaborative spirit

? Proficient in Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager

? Zapier and Monday.com experience is a plus


Education:

? Minimum high school diploma
