We seek a proactive individual to facilitate the seamless exchange of relevant, accurate, and actionable information among Product Owners, Business Engagement Partners, the Project Management Office (PMO), and functional managers. This role involves collaborating across various business units to foster strong relationships that support joint decision-making and align business priorities with IT initiatives, ensuring optimal value delivery and managing expectations regarding IT solution timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Portfolio Management

  1. Oversee the Portfolio Dashboard.
  2. Contribute to the development of the Business Capability Roadmap and assist in establishing a Technology Initiatives Portfolio.
  3. Leverage Monthly Review Board Meetings to guide decisions on new initiatives based on data from existing projects and resource allocations.
  4. Ensure timely data entry and updates by process owners, reporting any deficiencies to PMO leadership.
  5. Facilitate the creation, review, and maintenance of intake documents such as Project Charters and Decision Guides.
  6. Assist in forecasting future resource capacity based on projections.

Maintain the Global IT Program Roadmap

  1. Build and nurture collaborative relationships with IT service owners and business clients to ensure alignment between Business and IT strategies.
  2. Define value in terms of business cases and value types.
  3. Document investments, including costs, scope, and resources.
  4. Identify risks and dependencies across specific projects and programs.
  5. Communicate commitments to partners, vendors, and customers.

Business Acumen

  1. Understand the core business activities and processes of each department, identifying the IT services required for each.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  1. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, tailoring messages to the audience.
  2. Skill in building relationships with stakeholders in both Business and IT, influencing outcomes and acting as a trusted advisor.
  3. Self-motivated and able to lead, adapt, prioritize, and execute under pressure.
  4. Proficient understanding of IT organization and capable of conveying core concepts and lifecycle of IT services to business teams.
  5. Knowledgeable about core business processes and able to articulate complex business requirements to technology teams.
  6. Experience in Operations, Sales, or Finance processes.
