Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Membership Manager to join our team at Tru Fit Athletic Clubs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing membership sales generation, supplement sales, and services promotions, as well as personnel development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, and phone calls.
  • Maintain and manage sales prospecting systems.
  • Promote and sell as directed other services and products, such as personal training and supplements.
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills in sales staff. Prepare for, attend, and actively participate in sales meetings.
  • Assist General Manager (GM) in ensuring the sales staff adheres to the Company's policies and procedures.
  • Continually motivate sales staff and monitor their production levels against goal using established protocols and sales systems.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass personal and club sales goals.
  • Assist with operational duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling health club memberships and managing sales departments.
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff in a positive manner.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
