Sales and Membership Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Membership Manager to join our team at Tru Fit Athletic Clubs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing membership sales generation, supplement sales, and services promotions, as well as personnel development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, and phone calls.
- Maintain and manage sales prospecting systems.
- Promote and sell as directed other services and products, such as personal training and supplements.
- Assume responsibility for developing selling skills in sales staff. Prepare for, attend, and actively participate in sales meetings.
- Assist General Manager (GM) in ensuring the sales staff adheres to the Company's policies and procedures.
- Continually motivate sales staff and monitor their production levels against goal using established protocols and sales systems.
- Consistently achieve or surpass personal and club sales goals.
- Assist with operational duties as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Experience selling health club memberships and managing sales departments.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff in a positive manner.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
