Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate sales leads through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, and phone calls.
* Maintain and manage sales prospecting systems.
* Promote and sell as directed other services and products, such as personal training and supplements.
* Develop selling skills in sales staff.
* Assist General Manager in ensuring sales staff adheres to Company's policies and procedures.
* Consistently achieve or surpass personal and club sales goals.
Requirements:
* Experience selling health club memberships and managing sales department.
* Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff in a positive manner.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
* High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
* Willing to work flexible hours.
* High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
