Job Description

At Grimes Insurance Agency, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Leader to drive our sales team's success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership and Training: Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the sales skills of team members, provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in sales techniques and performance.
  • Data-Driven Sales Strategies: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, use data insights to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve overall efficiency.
  • Digital and Online Marketing Management: Oversee the agency's digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the sales team, utilize technology and automation tools to streamline sales processes and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs promptly.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong ability to teach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive sales and operational improvements.
  • Experience managing digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing software tools.
