Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to drive company success.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the President/Estimator, including coordinating meetings and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of estimates, customer interactions, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with clients.
  • Develop and maintain customer and potential customer email and mailing lists.
  • Prepare and update proposals based on direction from the estimator.
  • Follow up with quotes for potential projects and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Experience in construction and ability to read plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
