Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. in Auburn, Alabama.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our billing processes, efficiently dispatching service requests, and maintaining organized records of invoices, payments, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on job orders and service agreements.
  • Verify billing details, ensuring accuracy in rates, quantities, and job completion.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer communications.
  • Efficiently receive and dispatch service requests to field personnel, coordinating schedules.
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of dispatched jobs, service details, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using billing software, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in billing, dispatch, logistics, or customer service.
