Job Summary:

The Administrative Office Specialist provides critical support to the division by delivering exceptional clerical and administrative services to managers, employees, and customers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure seamless operations at the transfer stations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to managers and employees, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Process inbound and outbound materials at the transfer station facilities, ensuring accurate weighing and documentation.
  • Prepare and send reports, correspondence, and other materials as needed.
  • Manage customer inquiries, respond to phone calls, and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading of materials, machine operations, and other activities within the facility.
  • Interface with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient job functions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of related industrial experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
