Your Role:

We are seeking a Veterinary Technician to become an integral part of our community. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting veterinarians in delivering high-quality veterinary care, advocating for pets, and educating clients.
  • Supporting the medical team to enhance productivity and ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Assisting in surgical procedures and other medical tasks as per state regulations for credentialed veterinary technicians.
  • Communicating effectively with clients regarding their pets' health and available treatment options.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records with the assistance of practice management systems.
  • Gathering health history and pertinent information from clients to keep medical charts updated.
  • Employing safe restraint techniques and maintaining clean, organized treatment areas.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to fellow team members.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct veterinary technician experience.
  • Licensure as an LVT, RVT, or CVT is preferred.
  • The ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
  • A commitment to practicing empathetic, high-standard veterinary medicine.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to support your colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and trustworthy communication skills with pets, team members, and clients.
  • A desire for continuous growth and advancement in your veterinary career.
