Your Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to enhance our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding pet care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist veterinarians in delivering high-quality veterinary services, advocating for animal welfare, and educating pet owners.
  • Support the medical team in optimizing workflow and ensuring a positive experience for patients.
  • Participate in surgical procedures and adhere to state regulations governing veterinary practices.
  • Engage with clients to discuss specific health concerns and present Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional care solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records with the assistance of practice management systems.
  • Gather pertinent health history from clients and keep medical charts updated.
  • Utilize safe restraint techniques and uphold cleanliness and organization in treatment areas, examination rooms, and laboratories.
  • Provide mentorship and support to fellow team members.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in veterinary technology.
  • Licensure as an LVT, RVT, or CVT is preferred.
  • Availability to work rotating weekends and certain holidays.
  • A commitment to practicing empathetic, high-standard veterinary medicine.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
  • Exhibit positivity, kindness, and trustworthy communication with clients and colleagues.
  • A desire for continuous professional growth and development as a veterinary technician.
