Salary
The primary location pay range is $103,488.50 - $172,481.60, with targeted commission up to $75,000. Our sales compensation programs offer significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Account Development Manager to join our team at Comcast Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the strategy of your sales territory, identifying strategic partnerships, planning the development of a territory, and cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
You will actively research and generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships. You will also seek ways to promote and position the Comcast brand within your territory.
Key responsibilities include building relationships and driving alignment and regular communication between key GTM partners, creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations to strategic prospective clients, selling Comcast products and services, staying abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies, retaining customer base by delivering on the Comcast credo, ensuring a superior customer experience, and maintaining accurate and quality sales records.
