Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales of Workday implementation services within a given region
• Align with Workday Account Executives to communicate Mercer's unique go-to-market strategy
• Partner with internal Client Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Professionals to generate new leads

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications
• 3+ years of experience selling professional services/consulting services
• Ability to articulate a broader value proposition that includes the full scope of Workday, HR & Finance Transformation, Change Management, and other advanced services
