  • Paperwork Management: Verify and process paperwork for loaded trucks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Load Sheet Distribution: Distribute load sheets to pre-loaders, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with shipping managers and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Basic office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
