Job Description

Position Title: Executive Assistant to Sector CEO

Job Summary:

This role is a key support position for the company, working as the 'right-hand' to provide administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate acts as an ambassador of the organization and exemplifies our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution of business trips and meetings.
  • Compose letters and emails to clients and business associates, both from dictation and on your own initiative, ensuring all commitments are followed through.
  • Answer all calls, accurately relay messages, and personally handle any requests in the CEO's absence.
  • Schedule recurring meetings with leadership teams, create and circulate agendas, and secure arrangements for group meetings, hotels, meals, and activities.
  • Track and report actual expenditures against budgeted expenditures for the executive cost center and ad hoc executive projects.
  • Update PowerPoint presentations for executive team meetings and company update meetings, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, updating, and formatting PowerPoint presentations, and aid with People Hub and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a C-Suite executive or equivalent combination.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with AI, Chat GPT to assist with communications.
  • Finance and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license required; Notary Public license preferred.

Location: This position is based out of our corporate office in Charlotte, NC.
