- Client Check-in/Check-out: Greet clients and their families, check them in and out, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage client and staff schedules, track cancellations, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and conference room areas.
- Staff Support: Assist with staff onboarding, including preparing lockers and uniforms, and reviewing the employee handbook.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and caregivers.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality: Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA laws.
- Competitive Salary: $16-$20/hour, depending on experience.
