Job Description

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the guest services team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to guests. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
