Choreo is in search of a Senior Vice President of Wealth Advisory Services to collaborate with a team of Regional Leaders and Advisory teams in nurturing and sustaining relationships with high-net-worth clients. This executive will report to the Senior Vice President of Advisors and will concentrate on improving the overall client experience and retention within our Wealth Advisory division. Additionally, this role will ensure the formulation and execution of business development strategies to meet new business objectives and company performance metrics. The Senior Vice President of Wealth Advisory Services will play a pivotal role in shaping Choreo's future client experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Senior Vice President will collaborate with the wealth advisory team to deliver exceptional advice and service, aiming to surpass client expectations and foster both retention and the acquisition of new clients.
  • Engage with Regional Leaders to develop market-specific business strategies that align with the overarching business plans of offices and individual advisors. Work closely with prospective business development officers to ensure new business targets are achieved within the designated territory.
  • Enhance client retention and expansion through strict adherence to the business plan, utilizing KPI analysis, CRM oversight, and collaboration with marketing through drip campaigns and other firm resources.
  • Mentor and partner with regional advisory teams, crafting local office strategies that align with firm initiatives and monitoring success against established goals.
  • Facilitate the rollout of new service offerings and strategic initiatives consistently across various offices within the territory.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Platform Management to leverage existing technologies, tools, and resources, while identifying additional resources necessary to improve client relationship strategies.
  • Serve as the liaison between the executive team and advisory offices to ensure alignment in messaging and to share insights and opportunities for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in financial planning or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Series 65 certification is required; CFP or a comparable designation is preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain additional licenses and/or designations as necessary.
  • Experience as an investment advisor with expert-level knowledge related to advisor responsibilities and business requirements.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and lead others.
  • Analytical thinking capabilities, with the ability to identify and seek necessary information/research skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
