This role is pivotal in managing extensive Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) shared services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee an assistant and leaders in accounts payable and receivable, while indirectly managing a robust team of up to sixty professionals.
  • Provide strategic oversight to the treasury function, ensuring the evaluation of complex financial arrangements and strategies.
  • Engage with essential stakeholders across treasury, finance, accounting, and audit departments.

Qualifications:

  • Residency in the Charlotte, NC area is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of twelve years of progressive experience in accounting and finance operations is necessary.
  • Proven experience in leading financial operations (AR, AP, Credit and Collections) within a large-scale organization.
  • Expertise in delivering timely and precise KPI reporting at the executive level.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $200K to $240K, along with a 30% bonus and long-term incentives.
