Choreo is looking for a Senior Vice President of Client Advisory Services to collaborate with a team of Regional Leaders and Advisory teams in nurturing and developing relationships with high-net-worth clients. This executive will report to the Senior Vice President of Advisors and will concentrate on enhancing the overall client experience and retention within our Wealth Advisory division. Furthermore, this leader will ensure the creation and execution of business development strategies to meet new business objectives and company performance metrics. The Senior Vice President of Client Advisory Services will play a pivotal role in shaping the future client experience strategy at Choreo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the wealth advisory team to deliver exceptional advice and service, aiming to surpass client expectations and foster both retention and new client acquisition.
  • Work alongside Regional Leaders to formulate market-specific business plans that align with the overall business strategy of offices and individual advisors. Partner closely with business development officers to ensure that new business targets are achieved within the designated territory.
  • Enhance client retention and expansion through diligent adherence to the business plan, employing KPI analysis, CRM oversight, and collaboration with marketing through targeted campaigns and available resources.
  • Mentor regional advisory teams, developing localized strategies that align with firm initiatives and measure success against established goals.
  • Facilitate the rollout of new service offerings and strategic initiatives consistently across various offices within the territory.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Platform Management to leverage existing technologies and resources, while identifying additional tools necessary to enhance client relationship strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and advisory offices to ensure consistent messaging and share insights on results and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in financial planning or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant role or industry.
  • Series 65 certification is required; CFP or similar designation is preferred.
  • Willingness to pursue additional licenses and/or designations as necessary.
  • Experience as an investment advisor with expert-level knowledge of advisor responsibilities and business requirements.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and lead teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to identify and seek necessary information.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
