Location:
Washington, DC (with significant travel to our various units)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily management of operations across all accounts, ensuring the provision of top-tier food services.

Supervise and mentor 4 District Managers, assisting them in managing operations across multiple states.

Conduct weekly Operations Management Calls to ensure alignment in strategies and operations across all units.
Engage in financial oversight, managing the fiscal health and resource distribution of each account.
Lead talent assessment and recruitment processes to ensure high-caliber staffing at the account level.

Build and maintain strong customer service relationships with client leadership at each account, serving as a senior representative of Perkins Management Services.

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve and surpass organizational objectives.
Evaluate operational success through key performance indicators and introduce strategies for ongoing enhancement.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Executive Vice President, providing insights and situational awareness regarding all operational matters.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Food Operations-related discipline
Demonstrated history of effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team
Experience managing high-volume and multi-account responsibilities; with a minimum of 5 years of experience
A solid background in hospitality and operations
Financial acumen and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a Food Operations-related discipline
Experience managing high-volume and multi-account responsibilities; with a minimum of 10 years of experience
Awareness of current trends and innovations to enhance client value
