Position Overview:

The Client Relations Specialist is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on the promotion and sales of our emergency air transport services to the community.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring 10% remote work and 90% onsite presence. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from Fairbanks, Alaska.

Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $180,000, with the potential for uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads through various methods including cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, and engaging in community activities.
  • Collaborating with management on marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and outreach.
  • Participating in community networking events to establish connections and attract potential clients.
  • Managing the complete sales process from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, closing deals, and ongoing client management.
  • Building a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B clients to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the emergency medical transport sector is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
