WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the first interaction.
- Keep the customer area clean and organized, fostering a welcoming and safe environment.
- Support Service Advisors in their daily operations, facilitating a smooth workflow and assisting in gathering necessary information for service recommendations.
- Aid Gas Attendants with tasks related to fueling and tire repairs.
- Safely transport customers to and from the service center as needed, prioritizing their comfort.
- Manage inventory levels for customer area supplies, placing orders to maintain stock.
- Handle daily tasks such as greeting customers, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office and customer areas.

- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive field, is highly desirable.
