Mental Health Clinician

Crisis Connections is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our crisis services team, you will provide critical support to individuals in crisis, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in crisis, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective crisis plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in crisis.
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals in crisis, identifying risk factors and developing strategies to mitigate harm.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, ensuring seamless coordination of care and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying current with best practices in crisis intervention and mental health.
- Master's degree in social sciences or related field.
- Minimum of two years of supervised experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competitive hourly rate of $35.45.
