About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at CCS - Family Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work with children, youth, and families to provide individualized, strength-based mental health services in their own home and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide flexible, community-based mental health services to children, youth, and families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians, care coordinators, and community partners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent, accredited degree
  • Energetic and innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth, and family members in services
  • Enthusiastic and optimistic approach, encouraging ongoing participation of all involved
  • Natural ability to work with others through a genuine strengths-based approach, appreciating unique qualities and assets of all involved
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to meet with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations as needed
What We Offer
  • Competitive starting base salary: $78,687.50
  • Additional pay for first responder status, performance-based pay, and licensure pay
  • Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English, or other languages, as needed, with a tiered language stipend
  • Extensive training in multiple clinical approaches and daily/weekly supervision and support
  • 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks' vacation, 12 sick-days, medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans
