Mental Health Clinician II Position

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician II to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient program, you will provide trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy to clients served within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide episodic, trauma-informed, person-centered therapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Maintain client records and all other required documentation in a timely and confidential manner, in accordance with agency policies and practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop and implement safety plans, and provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
- Facilitate and co-facilitate client treatment groups.
- Represent the agency and its services to the community in a positive and professional manner.
- Participate in required staff meetings, including regular supervision and weekly clinical staff meetings.
- Participate in any required training, consultation calls, and onsite visits or reviews when required by contract.
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field from accredited college or university.
- Must apply for Agency Affiliation within 30 days of hire.
- Two years of experience providing clinical behavioral health services preferred.
- Knowledge of service delivery models including groups, skills training, brief/focused therapy, community-based intervention for children and/or adults with serious and persistent mental health diagnoses.
- Knowledge of Washington Administrative Codes and statutes pertaining to the treatment and delivery of mental health services.
- Knowledge of and experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy modalities.
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds, traumatic experiences, cultures, education level and socio-economic status.
- This position provides client services in-office and within the community at large on a occasional to frequent basis.
- Some environments may not be ideal in terms of cleanliness or being habitable.
- Occasional frequent travel between locations is required.
- The ability to drive a vehicle, traverse distances up to several city blocks and on various terrains, navigate stairs, get in and out of vehicles frequently is required.
This position is eligible for quarterly productivity incentives.
Mental Health Clinician II - No Licensure: $30.91-$34.79
Mental Health Clinician III - Licensure: $32.72 per hour
All pay is based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health; thus the starting pay for this position is as follows:
Mental Health Clinician II - No Licensure: $30.91 per hour.
Mental Health Clinician III - Licensure: $32.72 per hour.
