Job Summary

Sound Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Adult Services Clinician to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will provide intensive case management services to a small cohort group of older adolescents and adult mental health clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of mental and behavioral health resources in King County, as well as experience working with diverse populations. You will be responsible for developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical records, and collaborating with other service providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide intensive case management services to a small cohort group of older adolescents and adult mental health clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including coordination with other service providers and community resources
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including documentation of services performed and client progress
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians, DCFS, and inpatient facilities to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with significant mental health problems
  • Perform outreaches and services to community locations to engage clients in care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a clinician or case manager
  • Strong working knowledge of mental and behavioral health resources in King County
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality
  • Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record
