**About the Team**
Our global Fanatics Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events division spans North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting a variety of major sports leagues and events. Our teams are dedicated to creating a seamless shopping experience, whether at home, at a game, or during major sporting events, through online, mobile, and physical retail outlets. Each location is designed with a technology-enhanced retail strategy, allowing us to respond in real-time to capture the excitement of sports and ensure product availability for fans.
**Position Overview**
The Seasonal Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our fans while upholding retail standards through efficient back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate as part of a successful team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome fans and engage them with questions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide recommendations based on observations and interactions with fans.
- Facilitate a strong brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a premier shopping experience.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with meticulous attention to detail.
- Process sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
- Exhibit professionalism and outstanding customer service to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
**Qualifications**
- Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
