About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate with the park management team, offering immediate leadership support throughout the facility. During peak times, you will be the first to assist where needed, ensuring smooth operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delegating tasks effectively to ensure seamless operations across all departments.
  • Providing hands-on assistance to team members in various areas such as the café, birthday parties, and front desk.
  • Facilitating membership sales at the front desk and identifying potential sales opportunities while engaging with guests.
  • Enforcing safety protocols and addressing any guest safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and performing janitorial tasks as required.
  • Completing incident reports as necessary during your shift.
  • Assisting in the coordination of opening and closing procedures for the park.
  • Ensuring all assigned duties for the shift are completed before departure.

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through previous roles or experiences.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a high-volume customer service environment, such as retail, dining, fitness, or recreation.
  • Experience in retail sales or the entertainment industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Basic proficiency in technology, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Reliable, coachable, self-motivated, and organized.

Compensation: $22.29/hr based on qualifications and experience.
