Key Responsibilities
As the Supervisor on duty, you will oversee the efficient completion of orders, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Your role includes managing shift tasks, staffing assignments, and training new employees, as well as participating in team meetings.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in the food service industry is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Internal candidates must have at least 3 months of experience with the organization.
- Familiarity with all restaurant operations is advantageous.
- Physical stamina is necessary, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift weights ranging from 20-50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, including ovens and pizza cutters, is essential.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess English language proficiency.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to provide necessary identification documentation is required.
Shift Scheduling
Our operational hours are Sunday-Thursday from 11am to 11pm, and Friday-Saturday from 11am to 1:45am. Shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening and conclude 1-2 hours after closing. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred, especially for evening and weekend shifts.
We offer both part-time (15-30 hours per week) and full-time positions, with a commitment to providing an average of 30-40 hours weekly for full-time employees to ensure eligibility for health and dental benefits.
