- Create strategic and tactical plans to support client engagement and drive growth
- Serve as a subject matter expert, identifying and engaging with key influencers and decision-makers at all levels of the customer organization
- Provide guidance and leadership on our strategy-to-action plans, assisting in achieving key milestones and driving growth
- Identify, qualify, and support the capture and closure of business opportunities in collaboration with our business and capture teams
- Act as a customer advocate, identifying mission needs and representing the customer's perspective
- Promote our full range of corporate capabilities to potential customers
- Support overall strategic planning and aligning pursuits/capture activities with our business development metrics for awards, submissions, and pipeline
- Conduct market research, including analyzing customer preferences, competitive analysis, and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of incumbent contractors
