Description

The hotel front office supervisor manages the front desk staff and operations at a hotel, motel, or other hospitality setting. They are responsible for ensuring that guests receive excellent customer service and that the front desk runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

•Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints
•Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, and manage reservations and room availability
•Schedule staff, train and coach them, and provide feedback on their performance
•Maintain a clean and organized work area
•Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment processes
•Monitor and review guest feedback, and help achieve goals related to mystery audits and quality evaluations
•Work with other departments of the hotel to provide a high level of service

Qualifications

•Prior supervisory or extensive hotel experience
•Marriott experience
