Key Responsibilities:
The Territory Sales Representative will be instrumental in:

  • Generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Providing comprehensive sales support to senior sales leadership.
  • Assisting in the management of the sales cycle, including opportunity tracking and contract preparation.
  • Engaging with prospective clients to communicate the benefits of Textron Aviation products and services.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and reporting significant trends to management.
  • Coordinating customer visits, product demonstrations, and participation in industry events.
  • Staying informed about industry developments and financial market trends that may impact our clientele.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • 0 - 5 years of experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Motivation and self-direction to achieve high-quality results.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • A valid driver's license.
