Job Summary

Crossmark is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for effectively merchandising products at retail locations, building relationships with key store personnel, and driving sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise and stock products on specified fixtures according to the plan-o-gram.
  • Partner closely with in-store employees to build relationships and share product/brand information.
  • Resolve in-store issues in regards to displays, fixtures, product placement, and pricing.
  • Replace graphic signage and clean fixtures and displays.
  • Complete and submit store visit reports.
  • Route and manage schedule independently, ensuring territory visits are covered.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for your designated territory.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of merchandising experience.
  • Advanced understanding of technology preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to store and transport supplies and point-of-purchase materials.
  • Available Monday-Friday work schedule, 8 am to 5 pm (weekends and evenings are required periodically).
  • Overnight travel is required in some territories, which may include air travel.
  • Must have access to a computer and printer with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must have a personal credit card for travel expenses.
  • Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for the duration of shifts.
