Key Responsibilities- Merchandise and stock products on specified fixtures according to the plan-o-gram.
- Partner closely with in-store employees to build relationships and share product/brand information.
- Resolve in-store issues in regards to displays, fixtures, product placement, and pricing.
- Replace graphic signage and clean fixtures and displays.
- Complete and submit store visit reports.
- Route and manage schedule independently, ensuring territory visits are covered.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for your designated territory.
- 1+ years of merchandising experience.
- Advanced understanding of technology preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to store and transport supplies and point-of-purchase materials.
- Available Monday-Friday work schedule, 8 am to 5 pm (weekends and evenings are required periodically).
- Overnight travel is required in some territories, which may include air travel.
- Must have access to a computer and printer with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must have a personal credit card for travel expenses.
- Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for the duration of shifts.
