About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision-making across our marketing organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced analytics strategies to inform marketing campaigns and optimize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors to design and implement comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Analyze and prioritize revenue marketing programs to maximize conversion rates, pipeline generation, and ROI.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or a related role, preferably within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling marketing operations and analytics teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, ABM, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
