  • Integrate AI into marketing operations management to automate processes, deliver personalized content, and enhance attribution models, thereby improving efficiency, scalability, and resource allocation.
Advanced Analytics:
  • Own and collaborate with Marketing Leadership on standard and ad hoc reporting requests, analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics strategies and self-service reporting to drive data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization.
  • Design and implement comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-driven analytics tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets, improving the accuracy of marketing performance measurement and optimization strategies.
  • Utilize AI to develop predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced techniques to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and optimize revenue marketing programs (e.g. Digital Marketing, Events, Campaigns) to continuously maximize conversion rates, pipeline generation, and ROI.
Team Leadership:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketing operations and analytics professionals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in marketing operations, data analytics, or a related field, preferably within the software industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling marketing operations and analytics teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
