- Participate in our Core Incident Response Team, providing initial response to cybersecurity incidents and ensuring our users' data remains secure.
- Develop and maintain documentation of our processes and infrastructure components, ensuring our knowledge base remains up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist in the development and implementation of technology training for our users, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use our systems.
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in desktop support and infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Office 365 Management, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Understanding of general programming techniques, preferably with experience in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with virtual environments, preferably leveraging VMWare and Citrix.
- Understanding of networking principles, including the OSI model, DNS, DHCP, and more.
