Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications, including email, OneDrive, Teams, and other tools.
- Diagnose, resolve, and document IT incidents, such as connectivity issues, software installations, and system errors.
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Ensure users receive friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users.
- Stay proactive and eager to learn new tools, systems, and technologies relevant to the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office 365, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
