  • We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at ClifyX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Windows OS imaging, installation, and configuration.
  • Responsibilities include handling Exchange Online, Office 365 Administration, and Office 365 Pro plus related issues, as well as supporting Skype for Business operational issues.
  • The successful candidate will also provide technical support for SharePoint templates, site creations, and access-related issues, as well as OneDrive access and storage issues.
  • Additional responsibilities include coordinating and supporting Win 10 automated deployments, ensuring deployments run successfully, and remedying failed deployments.
  • The Desktop Support Specialist will also handle hardware and software requests from dedicated locations, have good knowledge of Intune/Mobile Device Management, and enroll BYOD devices.
  • Other responsibilities include providing support for roaming users, handling secure wipe and asset disposal, and maintaining asset inventory of existing devices.
  • The ideal candidate will have good understanding of IT Service Management Processes, basic understanding of SCCM activities, and good understanding of group policy and active directory.
